Hats off at Bobbi。This is a Mr. John Debutante showstopper hat from the 1960s\' which resembles the hats of the 1920\'s. The round body consists of draped black and gold brocade with a flat top and a small bow at one side. The bow holds a black feather arrangement. One of the feathers is curved and very tall, and some are shorter. What a fashion statement! Label; MR.
