Cloche Veil - Etsy。This hat is a collector\'s dream! It typifies the extravagant fashions of the 1930s\'. This small toy tilt hat is made of baby blue felt. The short and small rounded crown is surrounded by a medium brim, which is upturned at the sides and back, creating a unique shape. On top of the crown there are 3 awesome feather \"birds\" in soft gray and white. To complete the look, there is a brown spider veil that unfortunately has several breaks. Placed on top of the hat, the breaks are not visible unless you study the veil up close. The veil ties at the back, creating 2 streamers.
